Welcome to income.community (hereinafter referred to as "the Community", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online community platform. By accessing or using the Community, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein.

1. Purpose of the Community

income.community is a platform for individuals, primarily Moroccans, who are working in or aspire to work in the web industry. Our goal is to foster a collaborative environment for sharing ideas, skills, and legitimate methods for earning an income online. We aim to support each other, free from spam, misinformation, and unethical practices. When challenges arise, we address them collectively to find solutions.

2. User Registration and Account Responsibility

Registration in the Community is currently free. However, your donations are crucial for covering server costs, API subscriptions (including AI APIs), and the continued development and improvement of the Community. Each registration is personal and intended for individual use only. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited. Our system monitors for account sharing. If such activity is detected, your account will be subject to an automatic and permanent ban. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct, Content, and Individual Responsibility

To maintain a positive and productive environment, you agree to the following:

• Share Knowledge: Do not hoard information. If you know something that can benefit others, please share it.
• Respectful Interaction: Offensive language, personal attacks, or belittling any member is strictly prohibited.
• Truthfulness and Authenticity: Share accurate and helpful information.
• No Misleading Content: The Community is not for promoting "get-rich-quick" schemes or deceptive practices.
• Focus on Legitimacy: We focus on genuine work and legitimate online income methods.
• Prohibited Topics: Discussions on illicit or highly dubious topics are not permitted.

Individual Expression and Responsibility: Each user expresses their own opinions, views, and provides their own content. You, as a user, are solely and entirely responsible for any and all content you post, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Community. income.community does not control the content posted by users and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. You understand that by using the Community, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree that income.community is not liable for any such content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer: income.community provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

No Responsibility for User Actions or Content: income.community is not responsible for any statements, content, actions, or omissions of its users. Each user is individually and solely responsible for their own contributions, statements, and conduct. income.community explicitly disclaims any and all liability for user-generated content or user conduct. Your reliance on any user-generated content is solely at your own risk.

No Liability for Security Incidents: While we strive to maintain the security of our platform, income.community is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, or other security incidents affecting the website or user data. You acknowledge that you use the Community at your own risk and are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your own information. By using this platform, you agree that income.community bears no responsibility for such incidents.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We utilize AI within the Community for several purposes, including assisting members and verifying information. However, AI-generated content should also be critically reviewed, and income.community is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Members are free to use Darija, English, or a mix of both.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Community after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement.
